Ïðîãðàììà ïîçâîëÿåò èñïîëüçîâàòü èìåþùèåñÿ àïïàðàòíûå ñðåäñòâà äëÿ îïðåäåëåíèÿ íîìåðà òåëåôîíà âûçûâàþùåãî àáîíåíòà, ëèáî îñóùåñòâëÿòü ïðîãðàììíîå îïðåäåëåíèå íîìåðà, èñïîëüçóÿ âîçìîæíîñòè, ïðåäîñòàâëÿåìûå ìîäåìàìè ñ ïîääåðæêîé ãîëîñîâûõ ôóíêöèé (voice modems). Êðîìå òîãî, â ïðîãðàììó âñòðîåíà çàïèñíàÿ êíèæêà, ðåæèìû ãðîìêîé ñâÿçè è îäíîñòîðîííåãî ïðîñëóøèâàíèÿ ëèíèè ÷åðåç êîëîíêè, ïîäêëþ÷åííûå ê çâóêîâîé ïëàòå. Íåïîñðåäñòâåííî ïîääåðæèâàþòñÿ âñå ãîëîñîâûå ìîäåìû ìîäåëüíîãî ðÿäà U.S.Robotics / 3Com Sportster, à òàêæå ìîäåìû Courier V.Everything (ñ îáíîâëåííîé ìèêðîïðîãðàììîé). Êðîìå òîãî, ïðîãðàììà ìîæåò ðàáîòàòü ñî ìíîãèìè ìîäåìàìè íà ÷èïàõ Rockwell (Conexant) è HCF, Lucent, Cirrus Logic, IDC è ZyXEL (â ìîäåìàõ IDC è ZyXEL ïîääåðæèâàåòñÿ àïïàðàòíûé ÀÎÍ), è äðóãèìè. Ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì TAPI âîçìîæíî èñïîëüçîâàòü ïðàêòè÷åñêè ëþáîå Windows-ñîâìåñòèìîå êîììóíèêàöèîííîå îáîðóäîâàíèå. Ê ñîæàëåíèþ, â ðåæèìå TAPI íå ïîääåðæèâàþòñÿ ôóíêöèè ÀÎÍ (çà èñêëþ÷åíèåì ìîäåìîâ IDC).
